The service
Neon Bay Crew helps players organize compatible gaming crews. The project is in early development: room examples are fictional previews, and features labelled as previews are not live services. It is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Game names belong to their respective owners.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, meet the age requirements of your game and platform, and provide accurate age declarations. Some sessions may require 18+. Keep your provider account secure and do not impersonate another person. Google, Discord and Apple services are subject to their own terms.
Community conduct
Follow the Community Rules. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, scam, cheat, publish another person's private information or share illegal content. Do not use the service to sell accounts or gain unauthorized access. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have permission to share it.
Crew commitments
Reliability is a private commitment signal, not a public negative rating. Crew Passes are non-tradable commitment credits, not money, cryptocurrency or a purchasable asset at this stage. Session commitment rules will be shown before the corresponding live feature is activated. No payment is collected and no Plus subscription is offered by the current development version.
Moderation, availability and responsibility
We may restrict accounts or remove content to address rule violations, abuse, safety concerns or legal requirements. Contact support to contest a moderation decision. We may change or interrupt early-development features. We do not guarantee other players' attendance, conduct, a successful match or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, closure and changes
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Signed-in users can request verified closure from Profile; contact support if account access has been lost. An owner account must designate a successor before administrative access is removed. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply where required.
