Neon Bay Crew is an independent fan-community project. The operator is identified below. Contact us about privacy using the email on this page.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, Discord or Apple, we process the provider account identifier, email address, verification status and, when supplied, display name and profile image. We do not receive your provider password. We store login sessions and encrypted provider tokens for account access. Your player profile includes your chosen username, platform, languages, country or region, time zone, optional Discord username, birth month and year, and timestamps of age and community-rule declarations. We do not ask for your full date of birth or government ID.
Why we use information
We use account data to authenticate you, keep your account secure, and support your account. Profile details support age eligibility and the crew-planning experience. Security and operational logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and errors. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or your messages. Demo rooms contain fictional players and do not represent live activity.
Legal grounds and optional information
Account and profile processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security, abuse prevention and support processing serve our legitimate interests in running a safe service. Optional profile information is provided voluntarily and can be removed from your profile. Any future optional marketing or tracking will require a separate disclosure and, where required, consent.
Who can receive information
Discloud hosts the website, API and PostgreSQL database. Your selected identity provider processes authentication under its own privacy policy. Public-facing player features use your chosen player identity rather than your account email or birth details. Authorized administrators can access information needed for support and moderation. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Cookies and security
We use essential session cookies for sign-in and account security. Authentication tokens are server-managed; provider tokens are encrypted at rest. At this stage, the service does not implement advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Account information is retained while your account is active and as necessary for support, security or legal obligations. You can request access, correction or a copy of your data through the contact page. Signed-in users can delete their account from Profile using a short-lived code and exact username confirmation. Necessary anonymized security, moderation or legal records may be retained; copies in backups may remain until those backups are rotated. Birth month and year require a support-assisted correction after initial onboarding. Revoking Google, Discord or Apple access is not itself a request to delete your Neon Bay Crew account.
Age, international processing and updates
The service is intended for players aged 16 or older. Contact us if you believe an ineligible child has created an account. Hosting and identity providers may process information outside your country; their applicable safeguards and policies apply to their processing. You may contact your local data-protection authority about a privacy concern. We will update this notice when the service or its data practices change.
